How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated in three ways:

  1. STANDARD SHIPPING with a flat rate charge of US$5.99.
  2. FREE SHIPPING over US$50 after all discounts are applied.
  3. EXPEDITED SHIPPING with a flat rate charge of US$7.99.

How long does shipping take?

Below is the advised shipping rates & time frame for different methods, the time frame in this table is for reference only, as the situation changes day by day, and the real shipping time for your order might be different with it.

How long does it take for my order to be processed and sent?

Once your payment is verified, we will process and ship your order within 1-3 business days.


My order has already been shipped, but I need to change my address - how can I do this?

We are sorry that alternations cannot be made to a shipped order. If it is still not shipped, please contact us at info@grand-kitchen.com to change your address and other shipping options. 


The tracking states that my package has been delivered, but I have not received anything yet. What can I do?

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. In this case, we recommend you contact your carrier first and find out what the status of your package is. It could be left with a neighbor or somewhere else. 

Please contact us at info@grand-kitchen.com if the carrier customer service cannot help you and we will open a case as a missing package. 


Why have I only received part of my order?

Some of the items could be sent separately and the second (sometimes more) tracking number(s) cannot be displayed on the order page. In this case, please wait for 2-3 days and if the package still hasn't arrived after that, please contact us at info@grand-kitchen.com.


Can I expedite my shipping?

If you need it by a specific date, please leave us a note on the check out page. We will try our best to arrange this for you.

If the date is too close and we cannot guarantee the delivery before this date, we will inform you of this and let you decide whether or not to keep this order.

Please be kindly noted that an expedition AFTER the order is placed or shipped is not possible.


I ordered the products for my trip but they arrived too late, and I don't need the products anymore. Who will cover the return shipping cost?

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. We’re sorry that we wouldn’t cover the return fee.

Taxes & Customs Duties

Please note that all packages are shipped from grand-kitchen.com. For American customers, there is no additional tax on our products, which means you only need to pay the final sale price when shopping at grand-kitchen.com.
