How Do I Exchange An Item/Order?
Exchanges are available within 90 days of purchase. After this period, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds.

To qualify for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

We accept returns within 90 days of delivery. All returned items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

Your return policy states that I have to return the product in its original packaging. I no longer have the original packaging - can I still return it?
To ensure that all products remain in resalable condition, items must be returned in their original packaging. We regret that returns cannot be accepted without the original packaging.
