SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Order Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Processing Time:
We process orders from Monday to Friday. The majority of our products are factory-customized, resulting in a relatively extended production cycle. Orders containing customized items will undergo processing within 10-15 business days after placement and will be shipped on the next business day following processing. A limited selection of our products are maintained in stock; orders consisting solely of in-stock items will be processed within 3-5 business days after placement and shipped on the next business day following processing.

Shipping Time:
The standard transit time for shipments is 10-15 business days. We appreciate your patience as logistics information updates accordingly.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping fees are calculated based on the following three-tier structure:

  • STANDARD SHIPPING: Flat rate charge of US$5.99.

  • FREE SHIPPING: Applicable on orders totaling US$50 or more (after application of all discounts).

  • EXPEDITED SHIPPING: Flat rate charge of US$7.99.

How long does it take for my order to be processed and sent?
Upon verification of your payment, we will process and dispatch your order within 1-3 business days.

My order has already been shipped, but I need to change my address. How can I do this?
We regret to inform you that modifications cannot be made to an order once it has been shipped. If your order is still in the processing stage, please contact us promptly at info@grand-kitchen.com to request changes to your shipping address or other delivery options.

The tracking states that my package has been delivered, but I have not received it. What can I do?
We apologize for the inconvenience. In such instances, we recommend first contacting the carrier to inquire about the package's detailed delivery status, as it may have been left with a neighbor or an alternate location. If the carrier is unable to resolve the issue, please contact us at info@grand-kitchen.com, and we will initiate a missing package investigation on your behalf.

Why have I only received part of my order?
Items within a single order may be shipped separately for logistical reasons. Subsequent tracking numbers may not always be displayed on your order page. We advise waiting an additional 2-3 business days. If the remaining package(s) have not arrived by then, please contact us at info@grand-kitchen.com for assistance.

Can I expedite my shipping?
If you require delivery by a specific date, please include a note on the checkout page. We will endeavor to accommodate your request. Should the requested date be too imminent for us to guarantee timely delivery, we will inform you immediately and await your confirmation on whether to proceed with the order.
Please note: Expedited shipping must be selected at the time of checkout; it cannot be added after an order is placed or shipped.

I ordered products for a trip, but they arrived after my departure. Who covers the return shipping cost?
We are able to accept order cancellations only prior to shipment or production commencement. Once a product has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In the event of a return for such circumstances, please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
