How do I place an order?

  1. Browse our collection and click "ADD TO CART" on your desired items.

  2. Click the BAG icon at the top right of the page to review your cart, then select "CHECK OUT".

  3. Complete all required shipping and payment information, then click "PLACE ORDER" to finalize your purchase.

Can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor its delivery status. This will provide real-time updates on the location and estimated delivery date of your package.

Why have I not received an order confirmation by email?
Order confirmation emails are typically sent immediately after purchase. In some cases, delivery may be delayed by a few minutes or the email may be directed to your SPAM/Junk folder. If you have not received a confirmation within 30 minutes, please check all email folders carefully. If it remains missing, contact us at info@grand-kitchen.com, and we will promptly verify your order and resend the confirmation.

Can I change my order?
You may modify your order at any time prior to completing checkout by adjusting items in your shopping bag. If you have already placed the order, please contact us immediately at info@grand-kitchen.com. We will make every effort to accommodate changes, provided the order has not yet been processed for shipment.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of payment and before they have entered the shipping process. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to return an item after shipment, please refer to our Return Policy for instructions and applicable terms.

My address is written incorrectly in the order confirmation - what can I do?
Please contact us without delay at info@grand-kitchen.com with the correct address details. We will update your order if it has not yet been shipped. Please note that we cannot modify the shipping address once the order has been dispatched.

I received my package, but my order is incomplete, incorrect, or missing - what do I do?
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Please contact our customer service team at info@grand-kitchen.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a description of the issue, and we will promptly assist in resolving the matter.

How can I redeem a voucher or discount code?
During checkout, locate the field labeled "Enter Discount Code" or similar. Input your valid voucher or discount code, and the applicable amount will be deducted from your order total before final payment.
